Neither one will give you the full program for saving. 5MB setup.exe that just remotely connects you to an update site for download of an automatic install. The MS download site does the same thing, or it will give you the tiny. It insists on installing the program automatically. Windows update won't let you have the full 17MB or so version to save to your hard drive in a folder. 5MB file that remotely connects you to an update site, & it downloads & installs the program on your computer automatically.
